RETURNS
Purchaser may return model within 3 days of receipt if not satisfied. Full refund or repair will be made, less shipping, if the model is returned in the same condition as shipped. If the purchase was placed on a credit card the 3% merchant fee will not be refunded. Please notify before returning. If the model is altered, painted or damaged after receipt, the refund policy is not in effect.
PAYMENT
Any model held awaiting money transfer will be removed from sale inventory for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within 7 days, the hold will be removed and the model returned to inventory. VISA/MasterCard, Discover, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks are accepted. Orders paid by credit card, money order and cashiers check will be shipped within 1 day. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared.
SHIPPING
US: Models are shipped UPS ground insured unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charge is $6 - $15 depending on size and value. International: Please contact for shipping method and cost.
All sales are F.O.B. Westlake, TX. This means the insurance and shipping are purchased on your behalf. If a model is lost in shipping we will make the insurance claim for you but we will not refund purchase prices until the insurance claim is resolved.
